How to make order?

Tell us what type of clothes, quantity and show us the design or at least describe about the clothes design. We will quote the price base on information provided. Refer to How To Order for more details on how to make custom made clothing with us.


Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Yes, our minimum order requirement (MOQ) are as below:

  • All type of custom made jackets except corporate jacket and safety jacket: 20 pieces
  • Corporate jacket: 50 pieces
  • Safety jacket: 50 pieces
  • Baseball jersey: 20 pieces
  • Custom made t-shirt: 20 pieces
  • Ready made (t-shirts, jackets, caps): 10 pieces

Order less than minimum order requirement may be considered but will be subject to higher prices.


I want to order for my group. Can I mix colours and designs?

For every group order, all the jacket colour, design, and specification must be the same. Only the sizes can be mixed. If customer still want the different design in one order, we will charge the price according to the quantity for each design.


How to create the design and place an order?

There are 2 ways to create the design and place an order.

  1. Use our online design tool in our website
  2. Use our template to create the design, get the template from Download Section , create your design using Adobe Illustrator or just do the sketch, then send it via Email Us. Describe the details such as sizes, quantity and specifications.


What is the turnaround time to complete an order?

 The turnaround time to complete the order is between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the type of clothing, order quantity, and the production load at a particular time. We will notify customer when make order.


What is the payment process?

We require 60% advance deposit or full payment and the balance is to be paid upon self collection or before delivery.


Do you accept urgent order?

The acceptance of urgent order is subject to order quantity, design and our current condition of production. The period for urgent order must not be less than 3 weeks. Urgent order will be charged accordingly compared to the regular timeline and with full payment.


What is the payment method do you accept?

We accept payment by local bank transfer, international wire transfer /telegraphic transfer, local cheque, credit card, debit card or Paypal. Refer to Payment Method for more detail explanations.

Any fee of payment transaction will be borne by customer. If the payment is made by cheque and telegraphic transfer, we will start process order or arrange delivery until the payment has been cashed in our bank account.


Can you deliver our order once they are complete?

Yes, we can deliver your order throughout Malaysia and all over the world. Refer to Delivery for information about the shipping company we are using.


What if the clothes does not fit?

We recommend our customer to read our standard size chart prior to purchase. Each jacket is custom made to the customer’s specifications and as such we cannot replace it or accept returns, unless the mistake comes from our side.
